SCULPTURAL FACE LIFTING METHOD TRAINING
Want to become a Sculptural Face Lifting Method practitioner? Experience a growing practice; learn from Abi Maeve, Accredited SFL Method Teacher and former student of SFL Method creator, Yakov Gerskovich.
Abi has multiple training options designed for any practioner at any stage of their journey.
Training option I: Level 1 SLF Training accredited by Yakov Gerskovich. This is a 4 day training that is limited in capacity. Trainings are scheduled every three months and take place mostly in Southern California.
Trainings Optional II: For those already licensed in SFL 1 or 2. A day deep dive into deepening your practice. You will deepen the foundation of what you already know and perfect the with one on one attention and practice with Abi you will leave feeling tuned and deeply confident.
Training Option III: For any practioner at any stage of their journey. This training is the cherry on top. Abi will teach you her personal practice including shoulder and neck release - a new series of how to close the face and attune into the specifics of individual needs and a deepl cleansing ritual that involves energetic attunement.

ABI MAEVE — ACCREDITED SFL METHOD TEACHER
Abi Maeve is one of only four practitioners in the world personally accredited by Yakov Gershkovich, the founder of the Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) Method, to teach his renowned technique. This rare distinction reflects years of dedicated study and mastery under Yakov’s direct mentorship.
As a certified instructor, Abi now shares this transformative work through her SFL training seminars across the United States, where she offers students official certification in the Sculptural Face Lifting Method.
After years of traveling and teaching internationally, Abi returned home to California’s Central Coast in 2022, where she continues her private practice and educational work.

Following the practice of Yakov Gerskovich, we will start our work with stagnant lymphs and spinal releases; creating a renewed energy flow and helping you fall into a deep state of relaxation. The rest of the session will be spent working through the three sections of the face from the (neck line) all the way to the forehead and then back down. The remainder of the session is spent intraorally targeting the entirety of the face from the inside.
This is treatment isn’t only aesthetic — it is especially wonderful for TMJ, migraines and related issues due to clenching of the jaw, chin, cheeks. The client will see results straight after their session; including benefits like tightened skin, reduction or vanishing of fine lines, brighter eyes, larger lips, and more.
